Integration

We’re no longer updating the API for LiquidPlanner Classic, but we are still supporting it. If you find bugs or run into other issues while using the API with your LP Classic workspace please contact support@liquidplanner.com.

LiquidPlanner Classic’s API enables you to build integrations with other tools your team uses. Most actions that you perform on the Projects Tab in your Classic workspace can be automated using the API. It also allows you to access reports, member information and settings.

The LiquidPlanner Classic API generally follows RESTful resources conventions, and represents resources as JSON. It supports both Token-Based and HTTP Basic authentication methods.

The API Documentation for LiquidPlanner Classic is your one-stop API resource.

Documentation provides an overview for working with the API, as well as an introduction to tree items, resource types, convenience methods and sample code with examples to download from GitHub.

Endpoints allow you to try out specific requests for plan items and user generated content such as notes, comments, links, dependencies, checklist items and more.

LiquidPlanner Classic Forum is for posting questions about using the LiquidPlanner Classic API. Our Support Team will respond to help you troubleshoot and find solutions.

Developer resources are also provided for configuring Webhooks to receive push notifications triggered by events in LiquidPlanner and information to help you design automations through Zapier.

In August 2022 we released the API for LiquidPlanner New which is available for accounts subscribing to the ULTIMATE Plan on LiquidPlanner New (next.liquidplanner.com).
