There are project, package and portfolio workload views.

Workload shows how work is distributed over time so you can balance the load to meet schedule commitments.

This is the portfolio workload. It lists all the people and resources who have assignments scheduled in the time period.

We’re looking at a 30 day window.

Scheduled Hours represents the amount of work scheduled in the time period. Whoever has the most work scheduled is at the top of the list.

Availability Used shows how much of their available time is being taken up by scheduled work. Less than 100%, means they have capacity to take on something new.

On the left we see how many hours a day someone is available.

Availability is a workspace setting that protects your team from being overbooked. Each person defines their working hours and time off. Tasks only schedule when you’re available to do the work.

The table shows how work is distributed. Red means schedule risk. Expand to see the task list. Tasks are listed in priority order across all projects.
